Dashboard Overview

Protected Workloads

• Exchange Online — Mailboxes, calendars, contacts, and tasks. Supports individual item recovery and full mailbox restore. Preserves folder structure and metadata. Protected: 156 mailboxes, 1.2 TB.
• OneDrive for Business — User files and folders. Point-in-time recovery for individual files or entire OneDrive. Maintains version history and sharing permissions. Protected: 156 accounts, 850 GB.
• SharePoint Online — Site collections, document libraries, and lists. Restore entire sites or specific items. Includes site structure and permissions. Protected: 24 sites, 320 GB.
• Microsoft Teams — Teams channels, conversations, and files. Restore channel messages, tabs, and associated SharePoint content. Protected: 18 teams, 45 GB.

Retention Settings

• Daily backups: Keep for 30 days
• Weekly backups: Keep for 12 weeks
• Monthly backups: Keep for 12 months
• Yearly backups: Keep for 7 years

Scope Selection

• All users and sites (default)
