Overview

The MSP Secure Score History report provides a multi-tenant view of Secure Score trends, designed specifically for Managed Service Providers. Compare scores across your entire client portfolio, identify tenants that need security attention, and demonstrate the value of your security management services.

Report Columns

Portfolio Overview

Aggregate metrics across all managed tenants:

• Average Score — Mean Secure Score across all tenants
• Highest Score — Best-performing tenant
• Lowest Score — Tenant needing the most attention
• Average Improvement — Mean score change over the period
• Tenants Improving — Count of tenants with increasing scores
• Tenants Declining — Count of tenants with decreasing scores

Tenant Comparison

Compare tenant scores by:

• Industry vertical — How tenants compare within their industry
• Company size — Score comparison by user count
• License tier — Score comparison by M365 license level
• Service tier — Score comparison by MSP service package

Improvement Tracking

Track the impact of security improvements:

1. Identify which actions had the biggest score impact
2. Track implementation of recommended security controls
3. Measure the ROI of security investments
4. Plan and prioritize future security improvements

Filters

• Date Range — Last 30, 60, 90, 180 days or custom
• Tenant — All tenants, specific tenant, or tenant groups
• Score Range — Filter by current score percentage
• Trend — Improving, Stable, Declining
