The Service Health dashboard provides real-time visibility into the status of all Microsoft 365 services. Monitor for outages, degraded performance, and advisory notices that may affect your managed tenants.

Active Incidents

When services are experiencing issues, active incidents are displayed with:

  • Incident ID — Microsoft tracking identifier
  • Title — Brief description of the issue
  • Status — Investigating, Service Degradation, Service Interruption, Restoring
  • Tenants Affected — Number of your managed tenants impacted
  • Start Time — When the incident began
  • Last Update — Most recent status update from Microsoft
