Deployment Status

Fully Deployed

All outbound email from the organization includes a consistent email signature. Transport rules are active and covering all users.

Partially Deployed

Some users or departments are not covered by signature rules. Review transport rule conditions to ensure complete coverage.

Not Deployed

No active signature transport rules. Email is sent without organization-managed signatures.
