Overview

The MSP Security Trends report provides portfolio-level security analytics designed for Managed Service Providers. Aggregate threat data across all managed tenants, compare security metrics, and generate reports for client QBRs and internal leadership review.

• Total threats blocked across all tenants over time
• Threat type distribution — Phishing, malware, spam trends
• Per-tenant threat comparison — Which tenants receive the most threats
• Block rate trends — How effectively threats are being stopped

Incident Metrics

• Total security incidents across all tenants

• Resolution time trends — MTTD, MTTR improvements
