Configure Exchange Online Protection spam filtering policies. Control how inbound spam is handled.
Spam Filter Settings

| Spam action | Move to Junk, Quarantine, Delete |
| High confidence spam | Quarantine (recommended) |
| Phishing | Quarantine (recommended) |
| Bulk email threshold | 1-9 (lower = more aggressive) |

Allow/Block Lists
- Allowed senders — Bypass spam filtering for specific senders
- Allowed domains — Bypass for entire domains
- Blocked senders — Always mark as spam
- Blocked domains — Always mark as spam
Outbound Spam

| Internal message limit | Max internal messages per hour |
| Daily limit | Max total messages per day |
| Over-limit action | Block user, alert admin |
