Lobby Settings

Meeting Types

  • Private Meeting — Standard meetings with invited participants. Supports up to 1,000 attendees.
  • Channel Meeting — Meetings in a Teams channel. All channel members can see and join.
  • Webinar — Formal presentations with registration, up to 1,000 attendees (10,000 with Premium).

Live Events

Note: Live events support up to 20,000 attendees for broadcast-style presentations. Requires Teams Premium or separate add-on for larger events.
