Backup History
View the complete history of backup jobs across all managed tenants. Monitor job status, review completion times, track data volumes, and investigate any failures. OpsPilot365 maintains detailed backup logs for compliance and troubleshooting.
Note: Backup job history is retained for 2 years by default. Job metadata includes start time, completion time, data volume, and item counts. Detailed logs for failed jobs are retained for 90 days to assist with troubleshooting.

Failed Job Analysis

- Error Code:
AUTH_TOKEN_EXPIRED - Message: Microsoft Graph API authentication token has expired. The app registration consent may have been revoked or the service principal credentials need to be refreshed.
