Manage Microsoft New Commerce Experience (NCE) subscriptions for your customers. Purchase, modify, and renew Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics licenses through the Partner Center integration.

Note: NCE operations require a connected Microsoft Partner Center account with CSP credentials. Configure your Partner Center integration in Settings > Integrations.

Active Subscriptions

Purchase New Subscription

1. Select Tenant — Choose the customer tenant for the new subscription.
2. Choose Product — Browse available products or search by name/SKU. View pricing and feature comparison.
3. Configure Subscription — Set quantity, billing term (annual/monthly), and billing frequency (monthly/annual payment).
4. Review & Submit — Review order summary including pricing, terms, and prorated charges. Submit order to Partner Center.

Subscription Management

Increase Seats

Add seats to an existing subscription at any time. Pro-rated charges apply for the remaining term.

Decrease Seats

Remove seats based on subscription term. Annual subscriptions can only decrease at renewal.

Change Term

Best Practices

• Default to annual terms — Annual terms provide significant savings. Use monthly only when flexibility is essential.
• Right-size before anniversary — Review seat counts 30 days before renewal to optimize licensing costs.
• Watch the 7-day window — Annual subscriptions can only be cancelled within 7 days of purchase or renewal.
• Monitor renewal dates — Set up alerts for upcoming renewals to avoid unwanted auto-renewal.
